FEYW envisions a future where our students graduate from college and become strong, confident leaders, whose vision and success inspire others in their communities and around the world.

• The six FEYW schools will serve a diverse student body of 3,000 urban girls and young women.
  We will offer an education built upon College Readiness, Leadership, and Wellness Life Skills.    
• FEYW Schools will be distinguished by a tradition of attention to individual students resulting in a high acceptance rate to college.
• Our schools will be recognized for outstanding science, math and technology teaching programs.
• FEYW schools will offer summer institutes in math, science, and technology at key universities.
• The schools will be recognized as offering the most distinctive high school leadership programs in the nation.
• FEYW schools will emphasize global and public policy issues by providing students with summer study opportunities.
